Please Log-In with your Order # & the Email or Phone # associated with your account. 

Specify which item(s) and the reason(s) you are returning or exchanging.

Pre-paid Postage Labels will be auto-generated and provided back for any reason for Orders of $99+. 

All other returns or exchanges of items under $99 can be sent back at your cost.

Once received, we will confirm and issue the appropriate exchange, credit or refund per the Guidelines set forth:

Exchanges

  1. The customer can go back through the website and purchase the correct size while returning the incorrect size. The customer will be refunded for the incorrect size upon the receipt and processing of incorrect size.

  2. The customer can reach out to the store and ask that once they send back the incorrect size the correct size be replaced and sent out so the customer doesn't have to repurchase."

 


Refunds

As long as the shoes/sandals are in unworn condition customers will be refunded fully. In the event the shoes or sandals are worn upon return we will contact you and allow for an exchange or store credit for future use.

Returns outside of the 30-day window are subject to store credit or a refund of the lower price if the style is marked down.

 

Return Policy – Restocking Fees

To help us maintain fair service for all customers, returns may be subject to a restocking fee under the following conditions:

  • The product is not returned in its original condition (including original box, packaging, and inserts).

  • The item is damaged, worn, or is not what was originally shipped in the order

  • The return is initiated after the 30-day return window.

  • Only part of the product is returned (e.g., one shoe from the pair).

  • More than three returns without keeping a purchase
